Design Build Success works by getting close enough to the business to understand what is actually happening—not just what the org chart, financial statement, or written process says should be happening.
We look for patterns: where decisions stall, where margin disappears, where responsibility is unclear, where the owner remains the default answer, and where assumptions or habits are limiting what the company can become.
That sometimes requires direct questions and uncomfortable conversations. We are willing to challenge an assumption, name an issue others may be avoiding, or help a leader examine the beliefs and behaviors keeping a problem in place. The purpose is never confrontation for its own sake. It is clarity, better decisions, and meaningful movement.
We also stay close to implementation. Insight without traction has limited value. Good ideas must become decisions, systems, conversations, behaviors, and measurable changes in how the company operates.
The work is practical because businesses need useful solutions. It is direct because important problems rarely improve by circling them. And it is human because every system ultimately depends on people—their judgment, trust, courage, communication, and willingness to change. The goal is not to be right. The goal is to be useful.

Forrest Castile
Forrest Castile is the founder of Design Build Success and Castile Kitchen & Bath, a nationally recognized design-build company in Eugene, Oregon.
His experience spans the complete business: leadership, financial performance, sales and design, estimating, production, organizational development, marketing, and the changing role of the founder as a company grows.
Forrest developed his approach through years of building and leading his own company, teaching and mentoring remodeling professionals, helping owners and leaders solve real business problems, and studying the patterns that allow integrated design-build companies to perform successfully.
Autumn
Marketing & Demand
Autumn brings practical marketing experience to Design Build Success. Her work includes market positioning, competitive analysis, brand development, websites, search visibility, online profiles, social media, and the systems required to turn marketing activity into qualified demand. She understands that marketing must accurately represent the company, reach the right clients, and make promises the team is prepared to fulfill.
Steph
People, Structure & Leadership
Steph works at the intersection of people, structure, and leadership. Her perspective supports healthy teams, clear roles, stronger communication, effective leadership, and organizations capable of carrying greater responsibility. She helps connect intended structure with the human relationships and behaviors required to make that structure work.
